We’re Lacey and Kelsey—sisters, best friends, and longtime closet sharers.

Somewhere along the way, we started hearing the same thing:

“I feel like I’m your third sister.”

So after years of helping friends (and friends of friends) with their closets, outfits, and “what do I wear?” moments—we decided to build something around it.

Before Third Sister, our paths looked different—but led us to the same place.

Kelsey spent over 15 years in the fashion industry, working in marketing and celebrity dressing for luxury brands like Burberry and Diane von Furstenberg.

Lacey built her career in the corporate leadership world, where getting dressed well wasn’t optional—it was part of how you showed up.

But what we both saw was this:

Even with great clothes, most women still struggle to get dressed.
